1. Definitions:

• “Aural-Aid Pte. Ltd.” (“Company”) refers to Aural-Aid Pte. Ltd., a registered entity in Singapore.
• “Customer” signifies the person, firm, or entity receiving a quotation or placing an order.
• “Goods” denotes construction materials and associated products provided by the Company.
• “Services” pertains to any offerings rendered by the Company.

2. Order Acceptance:
Any order’s validity is contingent upon the Company’s written acknowledgment. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing:
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless explicitly stated. Unless otherwise mentioned, all prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable charges.

4. Terms of Payment:
Payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date, unless previously arranged in writing. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 2%.

5. Delivery Protocols:
Stipulated delivery timelines are approximate. The Company shall not be held accountable for delays. The Goods’ risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Goods Inspection:
Upon delivery, Customers are obliged to inspect the Goods. Claims concerning defective or missing Goods must be documented in writing within a week of delivery. Post this duration, Goods will be considered accepted without reservations.

7. Return Policies:
Returns are permissible solely with the Company’s prior written authorization and might be subject to restocking charges.

8. Guarantee:
The Company assures that the Goods will be devoid of significant defects for 12 months post-delivery. This guarantee excludes regular wear, misuse, or any alterations made by the Customer.

9. Limitation of Liability:
For defective Goods, the Company’s responsibility is confined to repair, replacement, or refund, as deemed suitable. Indirect, special, or resulting damages are excluded from our liability.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances:
The Company is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations arising from events beyond its direct control, including but not confined to industrial actions, natural calamities, or transportation disruptions.

11. Intellectual Property:
Intellectual property rights in relation to Goods are the sole property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or usage of the Company’s intellectual property is prohibited unless sanctioned in writing.

12. Jurisdiction:
These stipulations are shaped by Singapore’s laws. Both parties concur to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.

13. Alterations:
Aural-Aid Pte. Ltd. can amend these terms at its discretion. Regularly reviewing these terms on our website is the Customer’s responsibility.

14. Agreement Completeness:
These conditions represent the comprehensive agreement between Aural-Aid Pte. Ltd. and the Customer, overshadowing prior discussions or correspondences.
